Debbie Logan specializes in property, asset and tenant improvement management and leasing of single & multi-tenant industrial buildings, retail, automotive and residential properties. Debbie moved to California in 1987 from Sweden and has worked in the real estate industry since 1989.
CAREER HISTORY / PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION
Debbie founded Logan Consulting Group in 2009. Prior to this, she was Executive Vice President at Cardinal Development Company for 11+ years. Debbie handled the property management of 35 commercial properties as well as the accounting of 45 partnerships.
Other career highlights include working as an Asset Manager for Nippon Landic USA, who owned high-rise office and R&D buildings throughout California. Debbie successfully negotiated leases with Disney Attractions, Cisco, Orincon and Motorola. Debbie also spent 4 years as a property manager/controller for Marketplace Properties.
